Email – Email is used for routine communication unless the client prefers another method.
Family – When family is involved, boundaries must be agreed in advance.
records
Files – Clients keep control of originals, passwords, and account access.
I keep only what is needed for scheduling, payment, session notes, and agreed work product.
I do not keep originals, raw passwords, or client files in personal cloud storage.
I delete temporary working files when no longer needed.
